During the last week of August, crews will be continuing to

• Work in the LRT platform area installing ductbank, highblock and canopy foundations
• Work on the underground bus facility

1. Placing rebar at the west end
2. Pouring three sections of the base slab at the center

• Remodel the temporary Amtrak station facility
• Prepare grade, build walls and lay conduit for temporary Amtrak platform

Construction activities will include moving utilities, grading and dirt removal, as well as completing major structures including the Light Rail Station, Regional Bus Facility, Commuter Rail Train Hall and public plazas. The DUS redevelopment project is being constructed using the Design-Build delivery method, with Kiewit Western leading and AECOM, SOM and Hargreaves Associates providing on-going design.
